• Should the worst happen, your mortgage payments are covered.

INSURANCE & PROTECTION – WEST SUSSEX, SURREY & BEYOND

Owning a property comes at a significant financial expense. None of us knows what’s around the corner, which is why we can’t stress enough the importance of taking our significant protection to cover your mortgage payments if you are hit with unexpected circumstances.

Mortgage payment protection insurance (MPPI) and income protection insurance are designed to ensure that you can remain in your home if you are unable to work and can’t keep up your repayments – there are different policies available for different concerns you may have, such as illness, accident and unemployment.

Want to be sure you can still make your mortgage payments if you are unable to work?

Looking to protect yourself and your loved ones in case of a medical emergency or ongoing health problem?

Keen to ensure your family will be looked after and can remain in their home in the event of your death or incapacitation?

Worried how the rising cost of long-term care could impact your family’s ability to make your mortgage payments in the future?

We advise you on the best insurance policies to cover you fully in a manageable way that doesn’t negatively impact your standard of living. We are fully independent and not tied into any insurance providers, meaning we can look objectively at the entire marketplace to find the best insurance cover for you, with manageable premiums and enough cover to give you peace-of-mind.

We work with clients in West Sussex, Surrey and beyond and are always happy to have a no-obligation talk about any form of mortgage payment protection insurance, life insurance or financial protection product that will put your mind at ease.

.

RATHER THAN SEARCH THE ENTIRE MARKET FOR THE CHEAPEST PREMIUM AVAILABLE, WE TAKE ALL FACTORS INTO CONSIDERATION AND ENSURE THAT YOUR POLICY HAS THE BEST TERMS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR OWN SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES.

MPPI

Should you pass away, Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance (MPPI) means your mortgage repayments are covered and those you leave behind won’t have to worry about them.

LIFE INSURANCE

More comprehensive than Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance (MPPI), Life Insurance protects you and your family, typically paying out a lump sum in the event of your death.

CRITICAL ILLNESS INSURANCE

Should you be diagnosed with, or undergo surgery for, a critical illness you will be paid a tax-free lump sum. The policy will pay out once and will then end, and it’s important to check what conditions are classed as critical illnesses.

PERMANENT HEALTH INSURANCE

If you become incapacitated and unable to work due to a long-term illness, you will be paid a monthly replacement income. Different providers have different classifications of a long-term illness so it’s important to seek advice to ensure you are placed in the best policy for your needs.

While the different types of insurance and protection policies can seem simple on the surface, it’s important to set up your plans correctly to ensure that you have as much cover as you think you do.

HERE’S WHAT WE’LL DO:

  • Look at your current and projected payments, and have an honest discussion about what would happen if your income streams stopped
  • Offer empathetic advice on all types of protection and insurance to ensure that you and your family can cope financially
  • Make sure that any current policies provide enough coverage and, if they don’t, explain why and what can be done about it
  • Discuss the various policies and options available to you
  • Find the right levels of insurance for your needs
  • Regularly review existing policies to ensure they provide enough cover
  • Offer advice and guidance about any concerns you might have
